Shipping + policies

SHIPPING

All items are handmade to order + ship within 3-4 weeks of purchase.

Orders ship at a flat rate of $15 domestic + $25 international. orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS, provided with tracking information. Buyer is responsible for any taxes, duties, fees, etc. on international orders. Orders over $250 will require a signature upon delivery.

Buyer will receive e-mail confirmation once the order has shipped. L.JARDIM is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. 

L.JARDIM is not responsible for an ORDER once tracking information has been issued. if by chance you need further assistance with your order, PLEASE EMAIL studio@ljardim.com with your order details.

RETURNs + exchanges

All sales are final. tHE CUSTOMER is responsible for ordering the correct size for any order. We do not offer re-sizing and cannot accept exchanges or returns for purchases made incorrectly. If there are any additional questions about an item, PLEASE email studio@ljardim.com to clarify any details prior to purchase. :)

REPAIRS

All items purchased from L.JARDIM come with six months repair coverage from the date of purchase. During this period all eligible repairs will be covered by L.JARDIM. Eligible repairs exclude those resulting from personal negligence.

Repairs for orders that fall outside of this window will still be accepted, however, they will be subject to a fee to be covered by the customer. A repair request must be submitted via e-mail for approval prior to being returned. L.JARDIM is not responsible for shipping charges incurred with repair.
